About Us Our Philosophy Testimonials

The possibilities that you see depends largely on what you're looking for, and on the quality of the questions being asked.

Tony Nutley

Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things.

Peter F . Drucker Life is change. Growth is optional. Choose wisely.

Karen Kaiser Clark

The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind.

William James Men take only their needs into consideration, never their abilities.

Napoleon Bonaparte

Whether you think that you can or think you can't, you are usually right.

Henry Ford Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.

Marianne Williamson

Coaching Results Within Organisations

Clearly coaching is a results-focused business process. Effective coaching improves performance, productivity and staff retention, increases revenue and profitability and ultimately enhances company value by optimising the potential of your most valuable resource, your team.

Coaching within the business context is structured around quantifiable objectives, often agreed at during an appraisal, or which are agreed at the outset of the coaching programme.

During individual coaching partnerships, various assessment tools can be used, from psychological profiling to 360 degree feedback. These are not always used; it’s often a preference of the client and the individual. The key ingredient is as ever, archiving both business objectives and in turn personal growth, i.e. additional confidence and increased leadership ability.

   Result    Reason Why
Increased Performance and Productivity Coaching invariably produces inspired leaders, giving them the confidence to communicate a compelling vision of the future . The coaching process enhances and develops key leadership skills, clarifying goals, roles and responsibilities and empowering people to take responsibility, work to their strengths and optimise their contribution . Teams feel more energised by enhanced leadership, and aligned with the bigger picture . Coaching produces highly effective managers, with the skill to set well formed outcomes, operative at high levels of personal performance and coach their people to do the same.
Improved Staff Retention Inspired, effective managers generate trust and respect within their teams. They make people feel valued, and their contribution is recognised, so people know they make a real difference and want to stay and thrive in a positive, creative environment. Coaching stimulates growth, so in turn, people feel they are expanding their capabilities and being supported and encouraged to develop, this heightens their sense of personal ownership of their job role and their personal fulfilment. When individuals have a clear vision of their role and how this fits into the vision, people thrive and create a fun environment and an organisation that people want to belong to.
Increased Profitability A positive, motivated workforce, means lower staff turnover, the cost savings from less recruitment procedures have a real and significant impact on the bottom line results. Inspired people with powerful interpersonal skills create stronger relationships, with both customers, key business referral contacts and colleagues, increasing business volume from current clients and creating fresh business opportunities from new clients, enhancing turnover whilst minimising marketing expenditure. Experience shows that motivated individuals take less time off sick or with stress, reducing costs incurred in lost productivity and sickness benefits. Additionally, the coaching process leverages and reinforces learning, ensuring new skills are embedded and retained in the work place, optimising training and development resource and minimising cost.
Positive Culture Change Coaching creates employee buy-in and ownership of new initiatives, so people play a proactive part in co-creating positive change. Culture change is championed, fully embraced and celebrated from within the organisation, which ultimately generates a more profound impact externally. The importance of this cultural shift cannot be understated. One senior executive said: “we knew this coaching would change things, however we have been amazed by the shifts in attitudes, its this coaching culture that holds us together, its the glue and it encourages each and everyone of us to deliver excellence as a matter of fact”
